Description
Red lentils, also known as Masoor Dal or Lal Masoor, are Whole Brown Lentils that have been split and skinned. When raw, they are pink, but when cooked with haldi, they become golden or yellow. This legume can also be cooked in a pot rather than a pressure cooker because it cooks faster than other dals. To make it easy to cook, it must be soaked for an hour before being boiled in a lot of water.
